Something I've always wondered... all you need to create a minimal workbench environment is to put the "loadwb" command on a bootable floppy. It's only a small executable. Presumably it's possible to go straight to a workbench screen without booting anything at all? Could you make the AROS ROM do that?
Also I'd love to be able to replace the "insert disk" logo with my own designs...
