I still have problems with the CyberstormPPC ROM in 2.5.16 - here are options from my config file:

base_dir   = /mnt/misc/users/roman/Retro/Commodore Amiga/Emulator/FS-UAE

cdroms_dir      = /mnt/misc/users/roman/Retro/Commodore Amiga/OpticalDisks
floppies_dir    = /mnt/misc/users/roman/Retro/Commodore Amiga/FloppyDisks
hard_drives_dir = /mnt/misc/users/roman/Retro/Commodore Amiga/HardDrives
kickstarts_dir  = /mnt/misc/users/roman/Retro/Commodore Amiga/ROMs

amiga_model = A4000/PPC

kickstart_file        = amiga-os-310.rom

And it makes FS-UAE complain about CSPPC ROM file required (see logs). What's more interesting, adding this line:

uae_cpuboard_rom_file = /mnt/misc/users/roman/Retro/Commodore Amiga/ROMs/cyberstormppc.rom

solves the problem...
