Youtube doesn't allow video running at 50fps. It's 30 fps max.

And yes this game runs at 50 fps on a real CPC. My CPC 464 makes it very nicely

I think you're not takin' in account a few things :

first, the c64 was released in 1982 or 1983. The amstrad CPC was released in 1984 in england. I got mine on the 6th January 1986. The C64 coders has the grip on this computer since its release date, 2 or 3 years. Green Beret was released in 1985, the CPC was only 1 year old, and the coders were certainly not mastering yet its hardware. They were not yet able to program the CPC 'own copper-like chip' (CRTC) to make Hardware scrollings. Green Beret would have been released in the nineties, things would have been different.

And this doesn't change one thing : the C64 has an horrible palette, and seeing that running even in full screen at 50 fps, thanks no.
I love to see the life in colors, not in brown, grey, and whatever alienlike colors.
