yes but trust me - watching 50fps video on 60 fps screen is still far from perfect thus for preview 30fps capable browser seem to be sufficient, if nature of video is demanding i.e.it is 50fps then still it can be downloaded and moved to external player connected to 50fps display (unless your PC is connected to TV).
