I would be very imprecise if I say that every option present for both RTG and "Chipset" gives a negative effect, because I simply unchecked all the options on both. But I can say certainly, the "Buffer mode" in the RTG panel, slowed down the NTSC screen.

You see, I am not a scientist and as such, never touched the WinUAE source code...
