SCSIQuery reports the number of blocks as 15,523,704. But the HDToolBox 44.23 fake geometry gives 12128×5×256 = 15,523,840 blocks.
Try creating a partition at the end of the drive using HDToolBox 44.23, then format it and copy files there, and compare with the source files. Are there any errors?
HDInstTool's fake geometry does match the 15,523,704 blocks figure. You might as well use that as-is, but you could adjust the geometry.
15,523,704 = 2×2×2×3×3×3×7×10267, so for example an alternative fake geometry could have
Cylinders = 10267×3 = 30801
Heads = 4
BlocksPerTrack = 126
