Block per Cylinder: 1008
HDToolBox 44.23:
Cylinders: 12128
Heads: 5
Blocks per Track: 256
Block per Cylinder: 1280
HDInstTools 6.8
Cylinders: 41068
Heads: 1
Blocks per Track: 378

All of these can make partitions to the entire ~7.4G region.
Which values should I use?
