The Phantasie III ADF (at least, the one I looked at) doesn't have an L/Disk-Validator file. With Kickstart 1.3 and earlier that means if it becomes unvalidated, AmigaDOS can't validate it so prevents writing to it.

Typically a disk is not validated if you reset or remove the disk too soon after a write has completed. AmigaDOS updates the root block a couple of seconds after the write completes.

Suggestions to fix:
- Boot a Workbench disk and insert the Phantasie III ADF. It will be validated.
- Copy L/Disk-Validator from your Workbench disk to the Phantasie III disk. If in future its bitmap is invalid the disk will be validated automatically.
