I've had a very different experience, I've been perfectly polite, I do not usually complain about small businesses, I appreciate how difficult things can be... However I've waited patiently over 4 weeks for help with my timing fixes, like the parts that I need, which they must have in stock but for some reason refuse to sell... all I got was a link to a thread here.
