The beauty of a mediawiki: Add info and files within seconds. I try to put all info that I'm asked for into that Wiki, and my employees do the same. I spend way too much time in the support ticket system doing copy&paste - my hope is to answer the majority of support tickets with just a link to the Wiki article in some not-too-distant-future.
