Ok, I've digged into my old emails and found this in message to Alexander with last Ambermoon fixes:

'SAND LIZARD';
SANSRIE'S TUNNEL - now SANSRIE'S KEY opens door in the middle of
tunnel; - it was difficult to fix!
is last one a bug you are asking about ?
if yes I can PM you fixed files, but I do not remember that exactly .amb-file fixes this bug, and what caused it.

add: found a bit more about this bug
