OMG. Yes!!!! And yep - has the three animated gears! I got it wrong about tranquil music at the beginning though; that's at the end of the demo.

I've been searching for that ever since I started using WinUAE in 2006!! I had that disk back in the day and was bunged in my A1200 on many occasion. Excellent demo and music. My frigging memory is bad these days!
