Great, I guess there is no need for real genlock tests anymore

Unfortunately ROM genlock connected test code is "bad", it assumes slow chop register accesses (one access = horizontal counter changed), fastest possible CPU mode rarely detects genlock. I am trying to implement some kind of hack to "fix" this..

Also display timing is not right, non-laced mode is still non-laced (long fields only). This isn't easy fix.
