This file shouldn't be there. It is a relict from a previous attempt to install to the floppy disk. Please delete it and then WRITE PROTECT all your floppy disks!! There is no need to write to the installation media at any time and you should never write to original disks anyway. If it asks you to remove the write protection, then you did something wrong.
