use 7404, hsync from amiga to pin 1 of inverter then pin 2 to pin 3 finally pin 4 to hsinc on vga connector,
Vsync from amiga to pin 13 of inverter then pin 12 to pin 11 finally pin 10 to Vsinc on vga connector
connect ground pin 7, 9, 5 of ic and pin 14 to +5 volt
