I was going to tell the same. You sand down the upper part of two of them, and in the other two you cut (not sure if you can file without breaking them) their pins the height you want to decrease (that you've sanded). Then you can solder all the pins between them, although perhaps isn't necessary.

But we have to know the height it has to have.
