Ah, this UDF title tells me that it's in the Universal Disk Format, you have to a UDF reader installed to read this type of disk.

If you need to read the files on the disk I suggest dumping them onto a PC/MAC with a CD-RW drive then burn the files using a standard ISO 9660 format instead.
