No. Just the onboard Realtek chip.

After that any soundfont can be used with Dosbox or ScummVM.
I guess the newer versions of ScummVM supports soundfonts out of the box thought that fluidsynth thingy?

Apparently the same program exists for Amiga!
Maybe this could be used to add soundfont support?
