Any replayer will work. However, especially the DBM replayer is quite slow (except for the mixing routines) so you won't be able to run it on A500/68000.
Check D-Mob (Mega-Music Disk 3), Flash Production (Digital Concert) or Kefrens (Multi-Megamixi) demos, there were quite a few of such mixes back in the day, the concept is anything but new.
Not quite correct, of course samples can be stored in fast ram. You just have to copy them to chipmem "on the fly" when you want to play them of course. That's how "Fast mem" replayers work.
