This one is really vague. I remember playing it on my uncle's ST probably very late 80s, early 90s. Don't know if it existed on Amiga.
I can remember it as a top-down viewpoint with a slight angle. I can remember a beach with possibly a crashed plane near the start of the game. You control a dude walking about. Pretty sure it was direct joystick control as opposed to point'n'click.
I vaguely remember it having text popups for when you examined items on the map. possibly an inventory as well.
