It was made many, many years ago (2003) and is obsolete in todays terms (too expensive, too small and too slow to store complex designs). It cannot load even the most simple 16-bit design without an additional FPGA.

The "successor" to the C-One could be thought of as the FPGA-Arcade Relay board
