Hi,

I did some tests over the weekend, the existing design is valid. Using 330 ohms from the Amiga CSYNC signal (pin 10) to the CVBS (pin 20) of the SCART will limit the voltage to 0.97V with a worst case power supply.

You can use values greater then 330 ohms but not less than this.
