Just remove the caps, no special order and no special temperature. If it's a TV repair place, they'll know what to do.

The most important advice is when it's back in your place: Let it warm up before you power up. If you get it back in the house, it'll be cold enough to collect humidity. It may take up to two hours until the board has warmed up to room temperature and humidity is totally gone.
