The capacitors are probably the weakest part of the mother board I guess, anyway it seems it's still possible to replace them (some skilled people can do it for you). Moreover you have some alternate solution like FPGA Amiga (Minimig) or even better the future Clone-A to replace your dying Amiga (as for myself, I have a second A1200 bought in 1999, new in its box, as a backup Amiga if my main A1200 die).

I bought my main A1200 in 1993, she works perfectly, except for the DF0: who works once in a while, but I don't care since I rarely use it.
