You've just got to wonder what the feck they were thinking? The CDTV wasn't selling at all. The A500/A600 sales were dogged because of the release of more modern consoles such as the SNES and rumours of AA+ chipset... just madness to be playing with such things. Even given our hindsight it seems madness. Ubery high risks for little or no return. No market, no applications. Non of this would have been allowed through P1 (the idea stage) in our company.
Oh Alex! If only you were in charge of Commodore! I m sure they d be in a better position and still be around today!
