I have uploaded the following Amiga Format cover CD-ROM images to Megaupload, including cover scans:

Amiga Format CD 17 - Issue 101 (September 1997) bin/cue + scans:

Amiga Format CD 26 - Issue 110 (May 1998) bin/cue + scans:

Perhaps someone would like to upload these to the AMR/HOL server.
Due to their size, I've stuck to Megaupload for now.
