Our webstore operates on a real-time stock system. All items marked in stock are actually in stock. We mark pre-order items in your order history as Awaiting Stock (see link in post #2 of this thread)
Also we have not received any contact from you by Support Ticket
regarding your order. If you had contacted us there, you would have received the answers to your query in a timely manner.
