i've no windows here, and emulating gfxrip on this linux box does not work
- what i found is a flash
remake of IK+ .
the source for flash is available (at the buttom of the game page), the trouble is extracting the sprites from the *.fla file - the swf file you can get by adding ik.swf to the adress / url above.
- you need adobe flash authoring software or a good swf ripper, which can extract the resources from the *.swf / *.fla file.

Sothink SWF Decompiler can extract the resources (sprites) but again only as fla or swf file - demo i was using, is also limited to two files per resource (sprite in our case).
- well long story and still no sprites, but maybe you can acquire adobe-flash and get the sprites this way - until someone can help you with gfxrip
