The default quit key set by GBA is F11, if I recall correctly (because it doesn't interfere with any keys an Amiga game could actually use). It can be configured in the WHDRun popup for each game, and also in the global WHDLoad configuration (you can find all WHDLoad program files in a directory called WHD, I think, inside the GBA dir),
as on a real Amiga.
