When I got my new PC with Windows7 64 bit and 8 gigs of ram I wanted to setup a ram disk for temp files to avoid trashing the SSD too much.
Well it was a pain, one day wasted on that rubbish to get a "fixed size" one !!!!
That reminded me of the Amiga, I had a dynamic sized ramdisk the first time I booted up my A500 20 years ago, having exactly 16384 times less ram than I have now
