It isn't, has the same problems that CFOU! had to fix for his WHDLoad patch. I spoke to Mok a while ago and here's what he said:

One of the worst memories of mine is cracking the junk called overdrive from infacto. After spending literally days cracking it, I found out the game is buggy and crashes, phoned the supplier in the states, gave him action replay cheat codes and he played the game is shop to discover it crashes too... that was a nightmare. We released it under some fake crap group label just like that, I didnt even bother checking if I removed all the checks correctly at that point.
