First thing to do: sack out the expansion RAMĀ¹.
No go? Measure the power rails (if you have electronic skills), specially the +5V.
+5V OK? No bananas? Reseat all socketed chips.
No video/power LED? Replace the CPU.
*1: that switch on the back is supposed to hook in the "jumper" on the RAM expansion to disable it at boot time to play ancient games that don't "like" more than 512kb RAM.
BTW: remove that barrel battery on the expansion RAM board before it start to leak and corrode the Amiga board away!
