This is a bit tricky. In English this IS "Unnamed" (in this case), as I wrote above.
Reason:
It appears to be a newly created
generic name of a file (?) which is not yet saved.
Editors normally call these files "Unnamed" or "Unnamed 1" (2,3...)
If you hit the Save button, you will be prompted for a proper name then.
