For one your FPS should be 50 not 40-42, so something seems wrong on the PC side.

Can you post a screenshot of your WinUAE Display settings ?
Does your computer run graphic card latest drivers ?
What is the max resolution of your monitor ?

I am afraid this config won't help much, when it comes to playing games but we'll come to that later.
If you don't mind resetting the Hard drives tab settings, load the A1200 QuickConfig, save it and set it as default for now.
