I am still not so sure about your request..

Does your users really want that? Do I get some bug reports like "I used this thing here and now F12 does not work, surely it is a bug in WinUAE?"

I still don't see the point. (yes, I know what you mean but imho it isn't logicalk, nobody presses F12 accidentally because there is no Amiga F12 key)
