Yes.
If you're unsure of what genre a game falls in then you can find out pretty quickly if you search HOL.
Personally, I burned several CDs full of KG's WHD packs and I sometimes sat down, unarchived random games I never heard of and tried them out for the sheer hell of it, just to see what they were like. A lot of them were garbage but I found a few gems in there too. The only way you'll ever know if you like a game or not is to just try it.
