The .IFF plugin is already on the Photoshop CD

. Just look in the Plugins folder, hidden somewhere on the CD, and put it in the plugins folder in the Photoshop Folder. The plugin is NOT installed by default, you have to do that manually

I think I have mentioned this before, very recently.
