Yes, I remember this game too -it was previewed in several magazines in 1993. This game, programmed by Rick Yapp (of
Volfied-fame) was a very ambigious project. It tried to simulate a city with thousands of people. Each person in the game had his daily ritual and artificual intelligence.
It was never officially cancelled - Rumours and previews of this game just died silently. It is another game that has never seen the light of day.
