Workbench 3.0 disks damaged.

Having owned an Amiga 1200 for over a decade, it seems my original Workbench 3.0 disks (non hd version) are damaged beyond repair Is there any good way to replace them without:

1. Having to buy new ones (bah, paying for old disks )
2. Downloading them from the net (illegal copies )

I'm asking, because I'd like to overhaul my system, and I want to use the original disks for doing so.

Any help is appreciated
