Would any of those run on a standard A1200?
And how would it cope with two operating systems in different partitions?
I'm guess only one of them could be bootable.

Not really a problem because it wasn't expensive so if I have to go the CF route it's only £7 wasted.
Regarding the power supply, are the A500, A500+ or A600 supplies any beefier?
