Mind you, it wouldn't be at all difficult to wire up a 9-pin connector for the amiga if you can access the solder points on the joystick/buttons. Adding an extra cable & plug would be far easier than trying to make a converter, and itd allow you to have it plugged into two things at once.
With the added bonus of no latencies compared to a converter. I would how ever be careful about having two sources connected at the same time considering that both PS/2 and USB have a current and separate ground.
