There's a cd named 'lock and load' which booted to 1.3, 2.1 or 3.0 dependant on wich kickstart you have installed. I'm pretty sure it'll run on cd32 as it uses a tool called killaga to degrade your machine and run incompatible games.
This cd boots a cdtv and an a570 without any hassle.
