I could be wrong, but I think Sonic was pretty precious IP to Sega back in the day, much like Mario and Link is to Nintendo, they were the face of those systems, and mostly what made them popular. Ergo, no Amiga conversion.

Again, I could be wrong, but I think conversions for all those other systems came after Sony and Nintendo "defeated" Sega, and they ceased to make actual consoles, and focused on designing games. Sonic and other Sega "creativity" was still viable IP, hence the Xbox and GameCube etc versions.
