To update the rom modules theres a tool in the blizzkick package to split the rom update (from bb2) into its individual components. then you can download the patches and spatch from aminet to update the modules. I dont think theres is any tool to rebuild the romupdate file, but you can use blizzkick or mmulib or similar tool to apply the updated os modules.
