Please could you re-upload this? Probably this will fix my troubles.
I downloaded Aminet versions (2 files) and Amikit (1 file), but there is no install or copy tool.
I had to use spatcher (from Aminet) to patch the files one by one, but I could not update these remaing files:
console.device (not found in SYS: )
RAM-Handler (not found in SYS: )
shell (which? I have only shell.info in system, in env, in env-archive)
Could anyone tell me where to find the files above?

What is the reason to use spatch/spatcher? Could not the files be released in their final form?
