KONIX MULTISYSTEM

16 bit system developed by Konix, an English company that makes game controllers and various other add-ons for computers and game consoles. Was supposedly a pretty powerful system. I assume from the built in racing wheel that there was a large emphasis on racing games.

Interesting to note was that this system was supposed to come standard with a 3.5" floppy drive, which of course would have made copying and pirating games a snap. About 4 games were completed, among them a (what else) racing game and Shadow of the Beast.

This one was shown at E3 with at least one completed driving game. This system was based on Konix's Flare one computer, which eventually lead to the Flare 2 that became intergrated into Atari's Jaguar game console.
