Just worked out how to turn it on or off.

How to turn it off.
Turn 2x vertical and 2x horizontal under pixel scaling off and set the screen res to 320x240 Full screen.

How to turn it on.
Turn 2x vertical and 2x horizontal under pixel scaling on and set the screen res to 800x600 Full screen.

The strange thing is it never Anti-aliased my Graphics on my old ATI 3D RAGE PRO 8MB card but does on my new computer with the ATI 128 ULTRA 32MB card.
