Speed is not the concern, its the ping to the server.
Played a few games against some guys in the UK, find the best pings for both us is through a server in canada or sometimes USA.
High pings create lag in the game, you have to preempt your next move, its still lots of fun though!
I know a few UK'ers who will probably be up for a bit of sb2!!
