It all depends on the EXE, if the EXE is a PC executable file, then it WILL NOT WORK.
If it is just an EXE as in Self Extracting Zip files, then I believe that Winuae supports these, and will read them, to boot. What is the EXE, where did you get it from.. we need more INFO.
