You can install the game directly on your Amiga without needing WinUAE. Just download RawDIC 4.0 or higher (available on the WHDLoad website in the older versions/beta versions link) and when it wants the disk, press "Select File" and pick the IPF and RawDIC will install from the file rather than the floppy drive.
